The Access
Collaborative Board is a self-perpetuating board of organizations representing
key stakeholders in the construction industry. Representatives meet every other
month to evaluate the performance of the St. Louis region in the area of

ACCESS Center Director, Glenn Harris, speaking to students from

pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs available to
assist them in the application process.

ACCESS Collaborative Board in Action!
The ACCESS
Collaborative Board is comprised of construction industry
stakeholders in the St. Louis Metropolitan Region.
Organization representatives meet monthly to advance the mission
of ACCESS. One of their first collaborative achievements
is the ACCESS Resource Center. The center is located in
St. Louis City at 700 Rosedale. For appointments and/or an
