The ACCESS Collaborative Board is pleased to have Terry Hampton on board! Terry joined ACCESS as Executive Director in April, 2010 and hit the ground running. Her extensive background spans from developing workforce and contractor diversity programs for construction consumers to owning and managing her own successful general contracting firm. As Executive Director of ACCESS, Terry oversees operation of the ACCESS Center and facilitates the collection, analysis, and distribution of construction industry supply and demand data to help drive policies that will increase construction workforce and contractor diversity.
