Continuing education programs are offered to professionals with work experience in construction or a related industry.  Various organizations sponsor programs that are focused on enhancing skills and career development.


Alberici University   Construction Leadership Institute
Alberici Enterprises is demonstrating its commitment to diversity through sponsoring Alberici University.  Individuals interested in learning more about contracting skills, such as estimating, bidding, and networking, meet monthly with Alberici employees to discuss these topics.  Participants of this program must be either and Alberici Corporation employee, a minority or woman-owned business, or disadvantaged business enterprise.  Please refer to the website for more information.

Alberici University

Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville administers the Construction Leadership Institute for individuals that hold leadership positions in contracting firms with general or specialty contract firms.  The Institute offers courses in construction finance, legal issues in construction and construction ethics.  Please see the website for more information about the Construction Leadership Institute.

National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Foundation
 
 
Individuals can receive certification to become a Certified Construction Associate in a variety of areas including, labor relations, construction environs and business analysis.  Please refer to the website for more information.
