Employers

Dear Employer,

I am very excited to announce a new partnership that will address a long-standing problem facing our St. Louis employers. That issue is locating better qualified workers more quickly while having the option to track and store applicants that will more easily allow compliance with both the State and Federal diversity requirements.

Industry People Group (IPG Inc.) of Des Moines Iowa is a leading designer and operator of construction industry online career centers, established in 1996 including their recently launched BirdDogjobs.com.  ACCESS has entered into a partnership arrangement with IPG to offer our job seekers, easy to use online job search tools, automated application and resume submittal solutions via the BirdDogjobs board.  For additional information about BirdDog, visit www.birddogjobs.com.

So what does this mean to you?  With construction industry experts predicting a staggering 50% or more of our current workforce to enter retirement within the next 10 years and with the influx of new talent at all time lows, it’s critical to have a system in place that will not only increase the flow of locally trained and skilled industry job seekers but also help employers screen and track them as well. BirdDog executives claim there is currently no other organization that can perform both tasks for its customers.

ACCESS will begin promoting BirdDog to its skilled job seekers immediately.  Employers interested in communicating job opportunities can contact BirdDog directly.   The representatives at BirdDog are happy to provide an introductory tutorial at your request, with no obligation to purchase.   You can contact Bryan May to arrange for an introductory tour at 515-473-9212 or email bryan@birddogjobs.com.

I invite everyone to consider reviewing and supporting this exciting new opportunity with ACCESS and BirdDog. A portion of the proceeds will go to support ACCESS and our efforts to support the community and construction industry.  I have personally met with the key representative of the organization and believe the services will be of great value to everyone involved.

Respectfully,

Terry Hampton, Executive Director
